Thomas Technologie is a division of Thomas Réfrigération Inc. which specializes in technological innovations in the field of meat aging.

A strong experience of 20 years in the field of commercial refrigeration allowed us to design fridges for meat dry-aging, offering optimal conditions of moisture, humidity and ventilation, which are essential points for achieving perfect dry-aging.

Dry-aging produced in this environment is the most appropriate method, and considering that the process is controlled electronically, it produces an extremely flavourful meat with minimal loss.
